Uses
- —Black pre-treatment to enhance adhesion, including on ceramic-coated glass
- —Can create a UV-protective layer between the glass and the adhesive
- —Apply only where adhesive will be applied directly on top — not a blackout coating
- —Used as part of a controlled glazing preparation process
Application conditions
- —Surface must be clean, dry, dust-free and grease-free.
- —Apply only after the required cleaning step.
- —Drying time: approximately 3 minutes at 68°F / 20°C, 50% RH.
- —Application temperature: 41°F–86°F / +5°C to +30°C.
- —Bostik advises a small trial first to confirm satisfactory bonding on the substrate.

- —Glass without a ceramic band, or with an uncertain coating
